The U.S. Coast Guard marks more than a million lives saved in a 217th birthday ceremony Saturday. As part of the announcement, the service has released a “Top 10 Rescue Videos” compilation on YouTube and a “Top Ten Coast Guard Rescues” list dating back to 1888.
